Give us read-only access to your Google Ads account
Four short steps. We can look, we can't touch: read-only access lets us analyse your account, and nothing else.
For analysis only
We use this access to analyse your account and tell you what we find. We don't change anything. Google's "Read only" level makes sure of that: it simply doesn't allow edits. You can remove our access at any moment.
✓ What we can do
See your campaigns, keywords, ads and results. Run performance reports.
✕ What we can't do
Change campaigns, ads or budgets. Make payments or edit billing. Add users or change who has access.
How to give us access
STEP 1
Open the access page in Google Ads
Click the button below and sign in with the Google account you use for Google Ads. More than one ad account? Check that the account name at the top of the screen is the one you want us to look at.
Link doesn't work? In Google Ads, click Admin (the gear icon) in the left menu, then Access and security.
STEP 2
Click the blue + button
It sits right above the list of people who already have access.
STEP 3
Enter our email and choose "Read only"
arno@profresults.com
Under access level, pick Read only. Not Standard, not Admin: read only is all we need.
STEP 4
Click "Send invitation"
That's it. We get an email from Google, accept it, and start the analysis. You'll see a notification in your account once we've accepted.
Good to know
How do I remove your access later?
Open the same page (Admin, then Access and security), find arno@profresults.com in the list and remove it. It takes effect straight away.
I don't see Access and security, or the + button
Only people with Admin access to the account can invite others. Ask whoever set up your Google Ads account to do these steps, or to make you an admin.
Can you see my payment details?
Read only lets us see billing information, such as what you've spent, but not change it. We can't add or edit payment methods or make payments.
